The house is situated in a quiet part of Dalt Villa very close to one of the entrances into Dalt Villa. There are stunning views of Ibiza Town and the harbour from the roof terrace.
Long weekends available November to April,

Arrival days are open. Leave at 10am and arrive at 2pm.
 AccommodationBedrooms:     2 bedrooms have double beds, bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobes.2 bedrooms have twin single beds, bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobes.
Bathrooms:     The ground floor bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower over bath.
1 of the three first floor bedrooms has an en-suite sink and w/c. There is a third bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle, shared between 2 bedrooms.
Kitchen:  

On the ground floor a fully fitted modern black & white coloured kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Large American fridge/freezer, microwave and small kitchen appliances and crockery you will need in a house of 8 people.
Utility Room:     Washer & Dryer and sink, plus bottle fridge.
Living Rooms:     Large ground floor dining room with floor to ceiling shuttered windows that open out on the the front of the house.
Large first floor lounge with open fire, cream 3 piece suite, coffee table, chandelier, TV and stereo system.
Other:     Separate dining room with seating for 8 people. All bathrooms and kitchen fittings are modern but the overall feel of the house is of a traditional Ibiza Town House.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:     Towels and bed linen are included. Plus one midweek a linen/towel change.
 
Notes on accommodation
The house is air-conditioned and there is a large open fire in the living room. All the windows are fitted with original style wooden shutters which when open flood the house with light. Equally keeping the rooms dark for an afternoon siesta.

Accessibility
There is a car park very close to the house but no parking directly outside the house. The house is not suitable for wheelchair users or people with impaired mobility as the rooms are arranged over a number of floors with original narrow stairways.

Outside
There are three outside areas. On the first floor there is a front sun terrace with loungers and BBQ plus a rear garden. On the second floor there is a sun terrace with loungers and views over Ibiza Town and the Harbour.

Coast/Beach
Approx 15 minutes walk to the nearest beach.

Dalt Villa is a UNESCO World Heritage site and many parts of Dalt Villa have been and continue to be restored. There are a number of museums and galleries with-in the walled Town of Dalt Villa and its a truly magical place to stay. The house is located in a quiet part of Dalt Villa and many of the neighburs are locals. The house has been gently renovated to give the perfect balance between the history of the property and the modern conveniences you would want for modern life. Two headless Roman statues still guard the main entrance to the Dalt Vila, or upper part of Old Town Ibiza. Construction started with the Carthaginians, then the Arabs, and finally the Romans; the walls and the fortifications are now some of the best-preserved in Europe. Behind these walls are magnificent old buildings, museums and even working offices. At night, Dalt Vila is one of the hottest spots in town with bars and shops that remain open very late in the summer.
