This lovely villa is located in the San Antonio area of Ibiza, 5 minutes from the center of San Antonio and 15 minutes to Ibiza town. This is an old Ibicenco finca, renovated with taste and love into a modern and comfortable villa.

There are 4 bedrooms, two with double beds and two with twin beds. The kitchen is simple with refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, freezer and fully equipped. There is a lovely dining room, and a large sitting room, with satellite tv, and a music system. There are two full bathrooms. The upstairs has a covered terrace with sea views and a sun terrace, with views to the surrounding countryside. There is also a ground level sun deck.

The Pool is approx. 10x4m2-with plenty of lounging space, a BBQ area, with fridge and storage room, and views all around. Plants and trees and security also, it is in a quiet, safe area with few neighbors. There is a laundry room also, cleaning, once a week, more on arrangement.
