Casa Carmen

Following a full renovation project, Casa Carmen has been transformed into a modern, family retreat, whilst managing to retain much of its Ibicenco charm and heritage.  An ideal setting ensures that beaches, bars, restaurants, the airport and Ibiza town are within very easy reach and with sea views over to Sa Caleta (from the upper level) the villa is a firm favourite for a large family gathering or a friends getaway. Relaxed dining spots, a large pool flanked by day beds and mostly natural style gardens typify the exteriors to the villa, whilst the interiors have been simply and sympathetically decorated to provide a soothing and relaxed feel. 

Respectful of the island's precious resources, the notion of 'sustainability' has been at the forefront of the owner's design strategy and the resultant 'eco-concept' is evident throughout;  large solar panels provide hot water (and heat the saltwater pool); a filtration system for drinking water (avoiding the need for using plastic bottles); an electric car charging point and a compost system for organic waste are some of the villa's key 'eco' credentials. Within the property's 8000sqm enclosed grounds, guests are treated to a hot-tub, gym equipment and well-equipped pool bar doubling up as a second kitchen area.

By pre-booking these important services before your arrival, you guarantee availability and a worry-free experience from the moment you land in Ibiza. This package includes assistance with the pre-arrival booking of the following services:

• Transfers and private drivers
• Private chefs, hosts and butlers
• Boat charters
• Food and drinks delivery
• Villa and personal security

Platinum Concierge Package

Designed for those that require additional services and want every single detail taken care of, both before and during their holiday. The Platinum Concierge Package includes all services covered in the Gold Concierge Package with the addition of:

• Welcome concierge visit on arrival (additional visits if required)
• Daily concierge telephone assistance throughout your stay
• Personalised itinerary design and management
• Restaurant, beach club and VIP nightclub bookings
• Wellness bookings
• Activities, entertainment and childcare bookings
• Any additional bookings during your holiday
