Commissioned in 2022, this exclusive villa has been designed by local architect Jaime Serra supported by Dutch interior designer Jurjen Van Hulzen.

The villa currently offers 750sqm of living space on a private sea front landscaped garden of 3000sqm with access to the sea. Generous outside living areas provide private terraces for each of the 8 bedrooms. A large deck encompasses the swimming pool and garden offering an additional 400sqm of lounge areas, complemented with pergolas and sails.

Protected within the gated community of Roca Llisa, this property is totally isolated from the view of the neighbouring houses and offers a 180 degree south facing sea view from all living areas and bedrooms.

Designed and decorated with exclusive furniture and materials, the villa's inspiration is a contemporary beach house, each room offering a unique contact with nature and the Mediterranean sea. Directly facing Formentera and surrounded by pine trees it benefits from an exceptional varied view from sunrise to sunset.
