Villa Divas

A recently built modern luxury villa located just outside the lovely village of San Lorenzo in the heart of Ibiza island next to one of our all time favourite restaurants and cafe - La Paloma. The villa offers six bedrooms and seven bathrooms set over two buildings, two living areas and very spacious outdoor seating and lounging areas to enjoy the lazy Ibiza summers. With a tranquil setting amidst fruit and olive trees on 20.000m² grounds. The villa is fully gated and is ideal for families and a group of friends.  The villa is set over 400m², was completely renovated last summer and has a pool measuring 10 x 6 metres with a salt water system.

The style of the house is modern with a mix of French and Mediterranean style. The owners have created a simple yet comfortable and modern feel spread over two floors. The open plan space around the house and pool make it one of those villas you can enjoy as a group while still easy to find that quiet and shady corner to read and relax. 

There are two safes at the villa, as well as an alarm system plus the gym and office area. 

Inclusive Services :

- Pre-arrival booking service (*see below for details)
- Airport meet and greet by your Island Host (transfers not included)
- Villa cleaning, 3 days per week for 2 hours
- All linen and towels (Towels changed on Wednesday) 
- All local taxes

* Pre-arrival booking service includes: Car rental, airport and resort transfers, private drivers, catering & chefs, villa security, boat charters and pre-arrival food and drinks delivery. (Only available up to 7 days before arrival - Charges will apply to bookings made within 7 days of arrival.)

1. Pre arrival Booking service (EUR 300 + VAT pw) Complimentary to guests who book a villa with Dynamic Lives - Available up to 7 days before arrival) 

Inclusive of: Car rental, airport & resort transfers, private drivers, catering & chefs, villa security, boat charters and pre-arrival food and drinks delivery. (Only available up to 7 days before arrival - Charges will apply after that.) 

2. Itinerary design & in resort concierge service - (EUR 500 + VAT pw) (Maximum of EUR 1000 + VAT per booking)

Designed for those who enjoy a little more help. In addition to the services above, here we include: 

- Tailor made itinerary 
- Booking of restaurants, beach clubs and nightclubs. (Advance credit card information required.) 
- Booking of massages, spa treatments, personal trainers, yoga instructors, outdoor activities 

In resort dedicated telephone concierge and booking assistance from 10am - 6pm daily.  

3. Tailor made Concierge on Call - A dedicated service from EUR 1000 + Vat PW
