Villa Sant Joan

Villa Sant Joan is a modern 8 bedroom villa located close to the popular village of San Juan in the north of the island. The villa is set on a 17.700m2 plot and is ideal for families, benefiting from sprawling gardens, a childs play area and tree house. 

The villa offers a modern but practical living space with large sliding glass doors flowing onto the vast outside living area. The outside space offers numerous chill out and dining areas, Jacuzzi, outdoor seating, BBQ area, outside WC, induction hob, sink, mini fridge, table for 12 people, very large comfort area.  The villa benefits from under covered parking, air conditioning and comfortable living. 

There is also an additional 2 bedroom guest house next to the main villa with ensuite bedrooms. The villa has a total of 8 bedrooms all modern style with great facilities.

• Villa Cleaning - Monday to Saturday - 2 staff for 3h daily

• Personalised itinerary design and management

• Activities, entertainment and childcare bookings
