This 4 bedroom villa is set on a quiet hillside with views over the bay towards the town of Santa Eularia. Having just had a full refurbishment completed it is a modern contemporary feel throughout. It is only 5 minutes walking to the nearest small, family friendly beach in Siesta. There is a supermarket 2 minutes away in the village of Siesta and Santa Eularia town is just a 10 minutes away.

Set over 4 levels with covered terraces to the front and a huge entertaining roof terrace with hot tub. The terraces have dining areas and chill-out areas with and the small swimming pool is accessed of the main living area.
