Villa Tutti is a newly built 5 bedroom villa with views towards the sea and within walking distance of Cala Conta.  Located in a residential complex with security and vigilance 24 H, plus it is just a few minutes drive from the most beautiful beaches of the island: Cala Conta, cala Bassa and Cala Tarida, equipped with fashionable beach clubs, and ideals for families or friends. Plus you are only a 10 minute drive from the village of Sant Joseph.

Villa Tutti has luxury furnishings and finishes throughout, contemporary design and ethnic furnishings from Bali.  The villa, which occupies a built area of 430 square meters, is surrounded by 1050 sqm of private land with lawns and plants, private salt-water infinity pool 15 x 11m with led colour changing lights and outdoor shower. Plenty of relaxation areas both poolside and terraced with sun beds, sofas, umbrellas, and shaded outdoor dining table.
